I got an unopened, never used copy of Kaeru Shooter (Frog Shooter, if you will) for the X1. Compared to the Pasopia7 and PC-8001mkII versions, the X1 port is relatively ambitious. While the Pasopia7 and PC-8001mkII versions only convey the sense of forward movement by having the enemies get larger as they get "closer", the X1 actually makes the playfield look like it's moving. That said, it's kind of choppy, but 3D gaming was quite in its infancy at this point so I'll applaud the early effort.

The original Hudson Soft tape was still in tact, so I (oh so cleverly) opened the case from the back side and removed the tape as gently as possible.
