The Pyuta game adapter brought (well, more likely facilitated bringing) 3D capabilities to the Tomy Pyuta. It plugs in to the expansion slot on the back on the system, and provides a second cartridge slot for the 3D titles to plug into. The 3D cartridges are physically identical to the standard cartridges.

The only two games I've come across so far are Rescue Copter and 3D Baseball, each taking advantage of different features of a game based on a 3D model. Rescue Copter allows you to navigate the sky in all directions, with your copter getting smaller as you get further from your own viewpoint, and also casting a shadow on the surface of your current terrain. 3D Baseball pivots your playfield 180 degrees when the ball is hit, giving a better view of where the ball is in play.
