I think it is accurate to say that the critical element of succeeding at this game is timing. Put the items ordered by your customer on the grill and put on their desired flavoring (sauce or salt), and then get ready to wait, but not too long. You need to flip them over, but do it too fast and you'll have to turn it back over, wait too long and it will be burnt.

The closer to perfect your order is, the greater their satisfaction becomes. Fill the satisfaction meter completely and they go along their merry way, making room for the next customer.

New customers add more types of meat, so you have to pay closer attention to what you're putting on the grill and how long it takes to grill them to an acceptable level.

I got a bit of a surprise after customer 8, it was the end of the game! I was expecting more customers or having to move faster, etc. I think this has got to be the first time in decades that I finished a game!
