I picked up a bulk lot of eight cartridges on Mercari a while back. Among the games were four titles by Habit Soft. They are somewhat simple but quite fun games. I'll expand on the gameplay and screenshots a bit in the future when each gets their own game introduction, but here is a brief overview of the games. ![]() ![]() First, in order of release, is Tiny Dracula's Castle. It's a series of one-room dungeons. Collect all the treasure chests and get out without bumping into anything that will kill you. ![]() ![]() ![]() Second is Burger Kitchen. Imagine the concept of Burger Time, with the mechanics of something resembling Tetris. I mean, it's not quite either of those, but that might give you some idea of how the game is played. ![]() ![]() ![]() Yakitori Meijin Torigin (maybe it's Torigin? Or Toriumeki?) is a yakitori shop simulator. You have to serve the yakitori according to the customer's specifications. ![]() ![]() ![]() Decayed Dungeons Gaiden is kind of a simple Legend of Zelda, but dungeons-only type of game. But the quick leveling up and item upgrades make it fun to play. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
