Baikin-kun was a character imagined by Sony Creative, if I have my story correct. He loves cleanliness and that includes your teeth, so here he is fighting food particles in this cute Sony SMC-777 game. It's a pretty fun game! You can shoot the food particles in their descent, brush them off the surface, or if they get the best of you, you can chase them down your tooth and flush them out.

Of course, this reminds me of Tooth Invaders for the Commodore 64, a fun game in its own right. Graphically, this takes the cake, though.
