This is honestly a splendid game of Pac-Man. It's not attempting to be arcade-perfect, but it works beautifully within its limitations on the VIC-1001 hardware. It's one of the nicest home-system ports I've ever played. The number of games available on the VIC-1001 was fairly limited. Those simple HAL cartridges had about the same library of titles as their western-world counterparts but a lot more development happened overseas and didn't really make its way back to Japan.
