This is a fairly common game by Hudson Soft that was released for many platforms. Here it is being played on the Paospia 7, but I think any other machine capable of 640x200 resolution (most of its peers) will have nearly identical-looking ports. But Pasopia7 doesn't have a ton of software, so a couple of solid Hudson Soft games are a boon to the platform.

You play a chick walking around the playfield (a chicken coop?) and try to catch your potential brothers, sisters, and cousins that the hens at the top of the screen keep laying. Red eggs are worth more than the standard white, and yellow eggs take you to the next level. If one of the enemy snakes gets the egg first, it disappears but you are simply denied the points. If the purple enemy snake gets YOU, however, you lose a life.

The controls are very simple, there is only up/down/left/right, no fire/action button. You can move freely left and right, but there are limited gates to allow you to move up and down. Easy to get cornered!
