This is a good one! You pick one of two characters, a boy or a girl, and traverse the field to reach the goal. The trick is, the other character is on the opposite side of the screen and makes the opposite horizontal movements as you.

There are spiders and spider webs. I was under the impression that either of those was insta-death, but the web actually traps you. It's not particularly easy, but if you can make the other character move to the side of the trapped character, you can set them free. But they're prone to spiders, which do indeed kill you. In any event, it's easiest if you just shoot spiders and spider webs with your "laughing gas" gun before getting trapped or killed.

You don't have to arrive at the goal at the same time, but you do have to meet the other character at the goal in order to complete the level. You can also grab gold bars that appear for a short time before disappearing for bonus points. A single background song, a dreary, somewhat distorted-sounding tune, adds to the ambiance.
