This game really shines on this platform. I've played it on several other platforms before, but I think this one is tops. The opening screen is cool, with its relatively smooth-scrolling, text-on-asteroid-belt opening screen, as the computer belts out a pretty believable war-cry of "THUNDER FORCE!!" The gameplay is smooth and responsive, which is pretty impressive for 8-directional scrolling over a free movement map.

The packaging I got was in pretty good condition, too. It's a lot more slender and compact than my other white plastic boxes, which may lend itself to being sturdier.
