When I picked up the PC-9801 DO+ a while back, one included item was this SCSI board and RAM board joined to use only a single slot. It looks like it must have been a lot of work! But as the PC-9801 DO+ only has one slot, it's quite clever and beneficial. The workmanship looks neat and well done, to my amateur eye. I tested it to at least bring up the SCSI initialization screen, but I don't currently have anything to map the extended memory. 続き⇒ |

This machine has, for better or for worse, replaced my SG-1000 II with keyboard attachment SK-1100. I reasoned that the integrated keyboard would make it much more convenient to use the programming cartridges, and the composite video output capability of the SC-3000 (compared to RF only output of the SG-1000 II) would make it easier to use, both in terms of connecting and easier on the eyes while in operation. 続き⇒ |

I got this sort of hapless FP-1100 on Mercari. It came as a big set including monitor and manuals. The monitor was grimy but basically good condition and wiped up nicely. The computer itself, however, was a nasty mess and I did such a gosh-darned good job cleaning it up and I just NEVER think to take "before" pictures so I don't have any. Actually, I ALWAYS think to take before pictures and I ALWAYS think "nah, it won't be that interesting. But while this may not look perfect, believe me, it used to be much much worse. A company called ACE made a suitcase specifically for the MZ-700. It came in a beautiful burgundy color, fits perfectly around the MZ-700, and has the MZ-series logo on the case. 続き⇒ |
